Heating Agent

Heating Agent: The new generation of heating agent is used in the converter smelting process which is with high scrap steel during the process. Due to the low temperature of molten iron, when the adding amount of scrap steel is too high, the temperature in the converter decreases sharply, which seriously affects the normal operation process of the converter smelting. For this reason, we design and develop this product.

Product Features: It can release a lot of heat in a short time to make the temperature of converter increase by 15 to 25℃ and improve the melting temperature of converter rapidly.; It can shorten the melting time and improve the efficiency of converter thus greatly improved the economic benefit of users.; This product is spherical, with no smell, dust-free and pollution-free.
