Covering Agent

Covering Agent: We have developed this high alkalinity low carbon covering agent for tundish in cooperation with domestic metallurgy colleges. The product features are as follows:
1. Reduce the content of oxide impurity and high oxygen in steel by using high alkalinity.
2. Avoid the reaction between SiO2 in slag and deoxidizing agent in steel which may cause the pollution of molten steel.
3. Increased the desulfurization effect of molten steel, thus reducing the erosion of refractory material in tundish, and effectively increasing the purity of molten steel during continuous casting.

Product Features: Good liquidity, large proportion, rapid flow velocity; Proper thickness of sintered layer.; Erosion and penetration-resistance to molten steel.; Free-opening rate of ladle is 98%.
